Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a great supplement to any martial art, especially jiu-jitsu, and is a powerful tool to help take charge of your health and well-being. You don't have to be involved in jiu-jitsu, or any other sport, to enjoy the benefits of massage. No longer is massage looked at as a lavish pampering service, but more of a proven way to greatly enhance the physical and emotional being with only a single massage session. Whether you have a specific ache or ailment, or are simply looking to relax, massage therapy is the way to help balance your life. Using a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and PNF stretching, our trained and experienced massage therapist will listen to you and your body to create the best massage session for your needs.
